Camping Checklist
The following is a list of equipment that would be useful on campouts. This is a GENERIC list and not everything here is useful on every campout, but this can help you make sure you don't forget something important.
Camping Equipment
Tent, poles, and stakes
Waterproof ground cloth of plastic sheet (goes under tent)
Sleeping bag, pillow, air mattress or pad
Cup, bowl, plate, knife fork, spoon, mesh bag (if necessary)
Clothesline
Small hammer for stakes
Shovel/Bucket for putting out campfires
Air mattress pump and extension cord (check if power is provided)
Clothes Bag
Cub Scout uniform (usually class B)
Poncho or raincoat
Warm jacket or coat
Pajamas or sweatshirt, sweatpants
Underwear
Durable shoes
Hat or cap
Gloves
Extra socks, shoes, other extra clothing
Family Gear
WATER
Snacks
Lawn chairs
Cooler or ice chest
Cot or pad
Cooking equipment (if necessary)
Lantern
Extra blankets if cold
Fan if it is hot (and power is provided)
